Office Hours

Office hours are by appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling (610) 446-4844. Convenient morning, afternoon and early evening office hours are available.

Insurance and Fees

Dr. Green is a participating allergist with most major health plans in the area. Please  consult our office regarding specific plans with which we participate, as this subject to change.

Allergy evaluations may be partially or totally covered by your insurance. In order to bill  your insurance, you must bring your insurance identification card and any other necessary information with you at the time of your visit. Patients belonging to HMO or POS (Health Maintenance Organizations or Point of Service) plans requiring referrals for maximum coverage must have a valid referral from their primary care physician at the time of service. Most insurance plans also have copayments and/ or deductibles which are the patient's responsibility.

Copayments are due at the time of the visit. We accept cash or check. If copays are not paid at the time of the visit, a service charge of $15.00 is added to the bill to cover the costs of sending a bill.
